WHAT WE DID

Curated access. Two factory visits to leading Dutch manufacturers, covering timber, steel and hybrid systems up to 23 storeys: production systems, business models and pricing.

Two perspectives. The Dutch view at PREFAB in Den Bosch, and the European view at World of Modular Europe in Amsterdam.

Projects in use. A day across the Amsterdam region: student housing, residential, Modular Building-as-a-Service, urban regeneration and a live modular site.

Business talks. Closed-door sessions on European markets, investment models, manufacturing economics and lessons learned, led by Furio Barzon and Franco Vietti.
