What we collect
Contact form. When you submit the contact form we collect your first name, last name, email address and the content of your message.
Technical data. Our website provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages visited.
Cookies. This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, and may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site.
Why we collect it, and on what legal basis
To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement. Legal basis: your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
To keep the website secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.
To understand website usage. Legal basis: your consent, where analytics cookies are used.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us. If an engagement begins, the relevant records are kept for as long as required by Dutch commercial and tax law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
This website is built and hosted on Squarespace, which processes data on our behalf as a data processor. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We may share data with professional advisers or public authorities where we are legally required to do so.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, write to franco@viettiadvisory.com. We will respond within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, you have the right to complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
