FRANCO VIETTI

Franco has spent two decades in modular and industrialized construction, on every side of the business — procurement, sales, operations, the general manager's seat, founder, and advisor.

He helps companies define where to compete, how to win, and how to execute with discipline — combining advisory work with hands-on management: P&L ownership, sales strategy, turnarounds, and cross-border delivery across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and the United States. Based in The Netherlands.
